Learn the basic safety and operations for the Direct to Garment (DTG) printer at the Lacey MakerSpace with instructor Scot Oliver

In this class, you will learn how to print a custom tshirt using our Epson DTG printer.

This class covers pre-treating shirts, setting up the printer and heat press, operating the printing software, and sending a print. This class does not detail the process of creating a custom design.

The instructor will print a Lacey Makerspace shirt to demonstrate all the major processes.

LMS members who attend the class will be approved to use the printer during our open hours.

Member Note: Starting July 19th, 2025, we will be instituting a $10 no-show fee for LMS members who don't show up for the classes they sign up for. These fees will be charged to the card we have on file. This fee is being implemented due to a pattern of members not showing up to our classes. Our classes have a limited number of slots and we want to serve as many attendees as possible.

The Liability Waiver must be signed in person at the front desk before participating in any activities at Lacey MakerSpace.

• Closed-toed shoes are required at all times at the Lacey MakerSpace.
