Learn all the basics for working with wire while creating a beautiful piece of wearable art!

This project includes everything you need to know to get you started on incorporating wire into your jewelry making projects. This class will cover the basic bead loop, wrapped bead loop, swirl wrapped bead, and spiral curls. The skills you take with you are only just the beginning of what you can build upon- you are only limited by your imagination.

Instructor Bio
"As a mostly self-taught artist, I understand how difficult it can be to get started on developing necessary skills to create your own wearable works of art.

I have been dabbling with a wide range of art and craft projects all my life, and have always gravitated back to handmade jewelry and working with wire. I have been making jewelry since 2000 and my favorite technique is the Viking Wire Weave (Knit) which I learned at the University of Ithra through the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) in 1998.

• 7 calendar days or more before the class start date: Refunds will be given, minus a 10% service fee (Eventbrite fees non-refundable)
• 6 calendar days to 2 days before class start date: Refunds, minus a 10% service fee, will be issued in the form of a credit voucher to be applied to a future offering within 1-year of the issue date.
• No refunds issued within 48 hours of any class offering.

*Closed toe shoes are required. Ages 12 and up can attend. Attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian present at all times.
